The strange mom

The biggest influence on my life…. is me. When I was younger I would say my parents of course. And they did influence a lot of paths that I chose. But now that I am older, I have realized how critical self awareness is to me. I try to focus on being aware and make real time choices. I am responsible for me and only me. I have always the ability to have my own thoughts and determine my own actions. But I didn’t always feel so self reliant. Now I feel that I don’t have to push myself to fit into any boxes and I have learned to forgive myself, for being me.
