There are way too many ways to answer this question

What books do you want to read?

I just started the audiobook of

The Last Lecture
Book by Jeffrey Zaslow and Randy Pausch

Funny thing is, I have always hated reading because my mind wanders way too much. And then I end up having to go back and reread the last page because even though I was reading, I wasn’t actually paying attention to the words. I feel like I would have been way more interested academically if I had the option to listen to the books! Plus I can do other things while I listen to the book.

One Year Later….

I am proud of myself for reading as much as I have this last year. The more I search for answers to the questions that rise up, the more I realize that it’s all right here….in front of us.

The answer is in the details.

The Body keeps the score by Van Der Kolk

Wise as Fuck by Gary Bishop

Grow up by Gary Bishop

Sanity by Gary Bishop

Unfuck yourself by Gary Bishop
