Life experience

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

It’s not necessarily the aspects that define their uniqueness, but more so how they absorb everything that happens to them in life. And whether or not they put in the work to make sure they are always self-reflecting. Always reevaluating their contributions to the world.

I have been reading about the two parts of life. How we spend our first part surviving what happens to us and building up our “container”. Basically our armor and protection from our circumstances. From the casualties of being alive.

But besides surviving the first part, the second part requires complete acceptance. Radical acceptance even. Of what life actually is. And now that we have created our self containing “container”, we have the opportunity and abilities to evolve the hardened parts of ourselves. We aren’t actually removing them or replacing them with anything. We are accepting ourselves and reveling in what we have created. What we have endured.

So the next part is choosing , wholeheartedly, what we want to fill our containers with. What makes you, you. Shed the unreachable goals and let yourself be free. Free from the constraints of normalcy.

Our life experiences may shape us, but we have the ability to choose what happens next.

What energy are we bringing to the table of life?

We only have one life and the more we absorb and evaluate, the more unique life becomes.
