What would you change about modern society?

For modern society to ever truly change for the better, everyone would need to work on their unconscious bias.

These biases are formed throughout our lives and unfortunately it’s a way of masking structural racism.

In order to make real change, we have to remove the hurtful and discriminatory attitudes that have been passed down rather than dismantled.

For me it’s hard to understand how we just keep advancing as a population without ever making sure all humans are accepted and cared for as needed.

Can we truly be a modern society when we still have blatant racism, sexism, ableism, or ageism?

It never feels truly modern to me. Society is still struggling with acceptance for all and now that acceptance is declining.
