The way we treat each other.

How often do you think something happens and you feel like there was a reason?

How often do you realize that you’ve been running on autopilot and haven’t stopped to pay attention?

It sounds weird to not be paying attention to life while you are actually living it, but I think that’s how people get through without feeling all the feels.

“If you just keep your head down and work towards your goals, you will be happy.” Is the biggest crock of shit I’ve lately realized.

I’m angry that our world is built off of lies.

I’m upset that all humans aren’t treated the same.

I’m pissed that some groups of people think that they are superior.

I’m sour when I think about how everything in life is connected and when I look into change for one area, it surely connects to another. It’s almost as if the whole world could use a reset.

I’m grossed out by the fact that so many people are willing to elect billionaires to run the country.

I’m sad that the life cycle of the US seems to be less than 100 years.

I say 100 years based solely off the fact of when all humans could vote. The full cycle of our nation didn’t start until everyone was included. And honestly, that hasn’t even happened yet.

Yet here we are, sliding backwards. Can this really be history repeating itself in real time? How can we just stand by and watch it happen, when we know the result? Aren’t we all guilty of sticking our heads in the sand?

What is the point to life then? What is the end game? I can’t imagine just simply going through life without stopping to actually enjoy it.

This is it.

The end game is death.

I wish we treated each other with all the love and acceptance possible. We could have such a beautiful world.
